Terms of Service

Last updated: May 3, 2026

Acceptance

By accessing or using Peri Pro (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Peri Pro is a personal health management web application for tracking menstrual cycles, symptoms, hormone therapy, supplements, laboratory results, and related health information. It is built and operated for single-user personal use by the operator.

Not medical advice

Peri Pro is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. All information surfaced in the Service is for informational and personal-tracking purposes only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition or treatment decision. Reliance on any information provided by the Service is solely at your own risk.

Account and data ownership

You own all health data you enter into the Service or import via connected integrations. The Service operator stores this data on your behalf using third-party infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel) under their respective terms.

Acceptable use

The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data, infrastructure, or third-party integration accounts
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service for any purpose other than personal use
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service

Third-party integrations

When you connect a third-party service (e.g., Oura, Cronometer, Apple Health), you authorize Peri Pro to fetch data from that service on your behalf using the credentials or OAuth tokens you provide. Each third-party service has its own terms and privacy policy that govern your relationship with that provider. Peri Pro is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.

No warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. The operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will be preserved indefinitely. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups via the export functionality in Settings.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OPERATOR OR ANY THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, MEDICAL DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DATA SHOWN, OR INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from the database. The operator may discontinue the Service at any time, in which case data export will be made available before shutdown when reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the application evolves. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
